Tommy LeeYou are an infinite, eternal, multidimensional, sentience energy being, the environment is made up of various energy forms and resonances. All in different wavelengths and configurations. So, be mindful of where you are connecting and being connected to.
If you have come home from a mall, busy exchange, train station, bus exchange, office, war museum, or wherever there are a large number of people congregating or the space has a large amount of heavy energy.
You can be sure energies are exchanged when you are in those spaces, whether you know it consciously or unconsciously. It’s how our chakras works, it exchanges energies with your environment to give you the experiences so you can navigate the world accordingly.
The front chakra will take in energy and then exit from the back chakra. In so, you are always being moved forward. You are always flowing and it should always be in flow mode. Holding onto things will get things stuck somewhere in between the piping system. You don’t want that.
The Energy Healer, Keep Yourself Clean Energetically
I want to write it from a healing perspective as an energy healer and providing healing to others. There are practices that are good to do. You do not want to carry things that are not yours from the beginning to carry as they will weight you down in your journey in life.
It isn’t fun feeling stuck or suddenly falling ill because of what you pick up something unconsciously from healing a client/friend/family member.
Energetic works come in multiple fancy titles, naming, calling, signs, and symbols. There are more but the below list should suffice. All are channeling energy/light/frequencies in some capacity or form. Thus, we know them as a different modality.
- Quantum healing
- Energy exchange
- Energy work
- Chakra cleansing
- General healing
- Reiki
- Channeling energy for others
- Accessing other energetic fields
- Life/Spiritual Coaching/Teaching
- Psychologist
- Therapist
So, if you are an energy healer or just started on your journey of understanding energy. You should always cleanse yourself after each session because energies are exchanged during the session. If you are not aware, things can lodge themselves in your chakra and get stuck.
If you find yourself having sudden weird body aches after a session, pain that should not be there, or feeling mentally or emotionally weird. You should do a clear and cleanse on your chakra to ensure your body (along with all your subtle bodies too) is working as it should and not unconsciously carrying other people’s baggage.
Sometimes, foreign baggage can be hidden so well that you have no issues until you have a rare cancer decades later 🤣. My guides taught me through 2 podcasts last year in 2024 when I was not doing any energy work yet but was learning as much as possible.
I learned that Michael Tamura who is a great spiritual teacher and healer got rare cancer at the end of his life. He thought he did what was needed after each session, but apparently missed something out.
In contrast, the same with my dad who is a great healer through Reflexology, but stopped doing it for others within his community because he gets weird pains, headaches, and aches. Little did he know he did not prep his energetic system and did not do any cleansing work after each reflexology session he gave others. So, he stops as he sees the correlations.
He almost stops me too, but I know I need to do proper grounding and cleansing in each session. Also, calling in angelic helpers in my session.
You would say the above examples are more like prepping my consciousness for what is to come this year in 2025. The first stage of my life’s mission. To me, this is the start of a great journey. I want to share what I know so others will not stumble and go more smoothly in their healing career.
It’s not a hard thing to do as you just need less than 5 minutes to do this with your intention. As we know where your attention goes, energy flows. Your intention gives rise to where your attention is directed and then energy flows toward that direction. As it does, you have action being done.
If “intention” is a big word to you, another word is called “thoughts” in your mind. If your thought is too messy as it keeps on jumping around. Then, speak it out, as you speak it out as an audible sound, you give it form through your energy from your throat chakra. It will be so and now exist within this time-space continuum.
What About Tools?
You can use all the fun tools if you want, like crystals, smudging, singing bowl, YouTube chakra tone cleanses, mantra, or tuning fork. It’s all up to you, what I want to ask you is “How do you want to play?” 👀
You can visit a local energy healer. It’s fun to have a clearing or reiki healing session once in a while 😁.
What I am saying is you don’t need it, as this should be your daily upkeep if you are channeling energy for healing others. Also, what I shared below can be used after a day of hard work at your workplace or you have just consumed too much social media content and your head is exploding and feeling numb at the same time.
Starting The Cleanse
Have 3 deep belly breaths to center yourself and come into the present moment. You should feel relaxed, comfortable and a sense of being in the presence moment. In the breath, as you exhale make sure you are releasing the air through your mouth as this motion relaxes you.
I will show 2 examples. You can use it while sitting down on your chair or do it in the shower with water flowing over you.
I follow the chakra understanding from Barara Brennan whereby you have both the front and the back. They work in concert together.
Hold the intention that you are going to clear all your chakras through the 7 main ones in the front and back of your body. You can simply hold the thought or say it out like so.
Say if you need, “My intention is to clear and purify my chakras right now”.
Now, in your imagination/visualization/mind’s eye/third eye pull down a combined thread of golden and white light and then insert them into each of your chakra with the back as well. Start from the root and end at the top, which is your crown. Just see them being inserted firmly into each of your chakras.
Energy Volume Coming Through
You can control the strength of energy coming through, if you are visual then imagine a lever with 3 settings of low, mid, and full strength. Adjust the lever to see the changes in the energy coming through. If not, just say it out like so.
Make sure you give the exact width as you change the strength of energy coming through. A full strength should show a wider or bigger light column coming through on the thread. Likewise, at low strength, it looks like a thin thread.
Say if you need, “Energy coming through at low/mid/full strength“
Setting Up The Intention
Once that is set up, we are going to say the magic word, which is just an intention of what we want to do. Let me give you an idea first so you can still follow through even if you have forgotten a few things.
The idea is to extract the unhealthy and stuck energy and transmute it back into healthy and energetic energy. This is energy transmutation that anyone can do because you are a Master in training. Everyone on earth is. Stop being silly thinking you are not 😂.
The Magic Words
Say the below words in your mind or speak it out. Use one that fits you best in your progress in spirituality.
“As the light flows through my chakra, it is being cleared, cleansed, uplifted, balanced, and harmonized.”
Then you continue on with this line below.
“Any densities, lower vibrational frequencies, implants, any darkness, anything that does not serve my highest good, anything that does not belong to me and anything that should be clear away here and anything that I have missed out is now being transmuted back into the light.”
Here, we are blessing the newly transmuted light with God’s grace or your angels or guides. Does not matter. We need to re-encode the energy into a usable form because being in white light does not mean it will do what you want it to do.
I usually will have an energetic device I created in the etheric space to do this part. I will explain this in a future post. Anyone can create them because you are a creator being with a spark of God inside you!
You continue.
“This newly transmuted light is blessed by God with unconditional love, divine light, and wisdom. I sent it back to God with grace.”
You can send it to anywhere, anything or any place you like because this pool of energy has been transmuted and blessed. So, it will work nicely with anything.
Take another breath and you are done.
“I am now cleared and cleansed. Thank you very much. And so it IS and so it DOES.”
In Combination
Let’s put everything together to make it easier to say.
As the light flows through my chakra, it is being cleared, cleansed, uplifted, balanced, and harmonized.
Any densities, lower vibrational frequencies, implants, any darkness, anything that does not serve my highest good, anything that does not belong to me and anything that should be clear away here and anything that I have missed out is now being transmuted back into the light.
This newly transmuted light is blessed by God with unconditional love, divine light, and wisdom. I sent it back to God with grace.
I am now cleared and cleansed. Thank you very much. And so it IS and so it DOES.
Doing It In The Shower To Get A Better Effect
Sometimes, in the shower, I will feel like I need to do an extra cleansing after scrubbing myself clean at the tail end of the shower. Water has sacred properties and is a very powerful cleanser. You can imagine the water coming through as divine white light as it flows over your body it is being cleansed.
Any dirt, any darkness and anything that should not belong will be washed away by the water.
I will start to thank Mother Earth and the elements of water (Undines) for this cleansing ceremony. I will say it like so.
“Dear mother earth and water element, thank you for washing over me with clean and clear water. As the water flows through me, all my bodies are cleansed. From my physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are now cleansed and cleared.”
I will then start at this line mentioned above and continue from there forward.
“Any densities, lower vibrational frequencies, implants, any darkness, anything that does not serve my highest good, anything that does not belong to me and anything that should be clear away here and anything that I have missed out is now being transmuted back into the light.”
“This newly transmuted light is blessed by God with unconditional love, divine light, and wisdom. I sent it back to God.”

You Can Pull Your Power/Energy Back
At times, you can consciously and unconsciously give your energy away to others. So, you can get drained by this. Think of it as an “energy vampire”, it’s not something to be feared but is part of life. They can be your friends or family. If not, they come in the form of your social media. As you scroll, you get attached.
Any images, audios, songs, videos, words all carry energy in different forms. That’s why invoking a being named like Yeshua can quickly bring him into being around you to protect you if you need it.
This is also known as “energetic cords”. You have life giving cords and then you have life draining ones too. It’s always a balance and a fact of life.
These are extra steps if you choose to do so as well. I will usually get a nudge to do it if I need it.
“I now take back my energy from every dimension, densities, frequencies, vibrations, timelines, any events spaces, plane of existence, realms, and any spaces that I have yet named to me at this NOW moment in the year 2025. I have regained all my energy back. And so it IS and so it DOES”
Now, feel your energy level again. Feel the renewed energy flowing into you.
If you are more visual, you can even imagine a big energetic cord as a bundle being snipped by a big scissor ✂ or cut in half by a great sword/samurai katana ⚔.

In Closing
I hope that this helps you in your journey, you can mix and match them as you like with the wordings because normally you won’t remember all of it. Change the wording or upgrade it. The point I want people to get is that you can do something like this.
As in, you have the power to do so, and it is at will. You are an embodied Master walking this earth at this moment in time. Act like one, be in your most powerful, magical, highest, and best self possible. It is time to remember who you are and rise!
