In short, you will be sitting or lying down on your bed, whichever gives you the most comfort. Go into a meditative state, and you can have light meditation music turned on if you like.

The last 30 minutes’ discussion
Both of us will share about what you see, hear, feel, and know during the session. It will be fun to discuss what came through so we can exchange healing, knowledge, and wisdom keys 🗝.

Healing Report + Audio Recording
I document everything from what I see, hear, feel, and know during the session. Once I finalize the edit, I will send over the report to you as soon as possible or within a day or two so you can reference back again.

I would suggest that you set the intention on what you wish to resolve, release, who to come, and what needs to be done during the session.

All you need to do is hold this intention within your heart space, or write in your journal, or say it out loud into the wind. Let it be known to your higher selves, guides, angels, or God to know your desire.

If you are sensitive to energy, you will feel a pulsating effect, vibration of phasing in and out of your body like a gentle tuck on you. Be sure! You are safe, your energetic body is being shifted to a higher dimensional frequency for the session to begin.

• Muscle twitching.
• Had the best sleep in a long time 😂.
• Involuntary minor limb movement.
• If you normally move your hand with light language or healing in your practice before, it may move and come online.
• Slight heat coming through your body because of coursing energy.
• Your chakra may start spinning.
• Subtle energetic movement throughout your spine.
• Energy coursing 🌊 on the skin of your arm.
• Energetic balls ⚪ under your feet.
• Feeling of uneasiness and uncomfortableness (happens when a violent past life surface is getting cleared)

If you aren’t sensitive yet, you are doing good. Don’t need to worry that you must feel something. Just know that everything is working for your highest and greatest good.

In this 1-hour session, it is a good idea to lie down on your bed or sit comfortably in any meditation posture you like as long as you can sustain this posture for the next 1 hour, relaxingly.

Be comfy, relax, and in receiving mode ☺. You can listen to light meditation music if you choose. Gently go into a meditative state and your guides (guardian angels, archangels, ascended masters, ancestors, star families) will prompt you soon, as you will feel energy coursing through your body if you are sensitive. Once we are done, we will have a quick call to debrief.

Do not worry if you fell asleep during the session, as all things should be. Your guides will probably make you doze off if part of the healing is more beneficial to you when your conscious mind (Ego, personality, the mind) is not interfering with the work being performed.

It’s just like “light language”, why it is being used to spread healing among other healers to the public is because it bypasses the conscious mind, as 99.999% of humans have no reference, symbols, or signs to interpret this new language yet and thus the mind cannot hold on to it. So, it passes through as interesting sounds to the brain. You can definitely feel and decode it if you are intuitive enough.

You can set an hour alarm if you need it. That’s it! See you on the other side 😉✨✨✨

I would recommend you for the next 1 to 2 weeks to rest when you need to, drink a lot of water to let the energy run through nicely and ground yourself barefoot on dirt or grass. Let the energy anchor down from your subtle bodies down to your physical body in its own divine timing. There is no rush, for the time is always in the NOW.

Let things be and flow intuitively with the universe.

Don’t worry about it, my partner whom had already done over 10 sessions with me and still does not feel much during the session. Occasionally, she might have felt very subtle energetic movement on her spine and certain area on her body for a tiny bit and then it is gone.

Be sure that a lot of heavy energetic lifting are being done behind the scene for you already. You will see the improvement and benefits in good time as you allow what is healed in the energetic to be anchored down to your physical vessel.

I’ve concluded a few reasons that might explain why this is happening.

1. Early stage on having a consistent daily practice like meditation, breathwork, yoga, Taichi, or Qi Gong.
2. Early stage in understanding the chakra’s system, moving through them and opening them.
3. Early stage in playing with energy and knowing innately how it moves.

According to my experiences so far, most people who come to find me are already walking on their awakening journey and have been doing their spiritual homework, will need at least 2 sessions to complete the cycle as laid out above as stages. You can use that as a guide to measure or just simply drop into your heart space and ask, as I don’t call the shots.

Always remember, you have Free Will to decide when to book the next one. Know that guidance is always given to you by your higher selves and teams of guides in divine timing. Let them show you the way forward. I am just a humble facilitator for this energetic work as I hold space for this transformation with you.

I would recommend having 1 to 2 weeks’ space between the sessions to allow the energy to ground into your physical being.

After all, all energetic work is done on your subtle bodies, which will trickle down to the physical body in time.

The YOU now is not the YOU 5 minutes ago. Your body is a whole Universe all on itself (As above, so below 🦅). Ask the cells in your body, externally you may look the same, but internally there is constant change happening unbeknownst to you, and a raging battle (immune system) to ensure you are safe and function properly.

Divine timing will bring us together again if the need does arise 😁 When you are ready to release, unlock, repair, and activate newer parts of you that surfaces itself to be heal. You will know I am here for you.
